- タクシーチャーター価格：各チャータープランにより異なります。詳細は料金ページをご参照ください。基本料金は15,000円（税込、走行距離100kmまで）で、追加料金は10kmごとに2,000円（税込）となります。
- 商品代金以外の必要料金：原則としてなし。ただし、有料道路料金・高速料金・駐車場料金・施設入場料等が別途発生する場合は、事前にお客様へご案内いたします。
- 支払方法：クレジットカード（VISA、Mastercard、American Express、JCB 等）によるオンライン決済。
- 支払時期：ご予約確定後、即時決済となります。
- サービス提供時期：お客様のご利用当日に、配車ドライバーよりサービスをご提供します。
- キャンセル・返金について： ・ご利用日の7日前までのキャンセル：全額返金（決済手数料を除く） ・ご利用日の3〜6日前のキャンセル：50%返金 ・ご利用日の48時間以内または無断キャンセル：返金不可 返金は、決済に使用されたクレジットカードへ10営業日以内に返金処理されます。
- 返品について：サービスの特性上、提供後の返品はできません。

- Pricing: Prices vary depending on the charter plan. Please refer to the Pricing page for details. The base rate is JPY 15,000 (incl. tax) for up to 100 km. An additional fee of JPY 2,000 applies for every 10 km beyond 100 km.
- Fees Other Than Product Price: None in principle. However, additional costs such as tolls, highway fees, parking fees, and facility admission charges may apply. We will inform customers in advance when applicable.
- Payment Method: Online credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.)
- Payment Timing: Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation of reservation.
- Service Provision Timing: Service will be provided on the scheduled date by the assigned driver.
- Cancellations & Refunds: 7 or more days before use: Full refund (minus processing fees), 3–6 days before use: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund Refunds will be processed to the original credit card within 10 business days.
- Returns: Due to the nature of the service, no returns are accepted after service has been provided.

- Note: This service acts as an online ground-transport intermediary connecting Japanese travelers with government-licensed tourist drivers in Sri Lanka. We are not a travel agency; our role is limited to itinerary coordination, driver assignment, and payment facilitation.
