支払方法

  • 当サイト（aaa-fund.com）での決済は行いません。
  • 予約・決済は公式サイトにて、クレジットカード（Visa / Mastercard / American Express等）で当社手配料のみお支払いください。
  • ドライバー運賃は当日、現地でドライバーへ LKR で直接支払いとなります。

支払時期

  • 公式サイトでの予約確定時に、当社手配料のみ即時決済。

役務の提供時期

  • ご利用当日、ドライバーが現地でサービス提供。

キャンセル・返金（当社手配料）

旅行開始日の7日前まで: キャンセル料無料。支払い済みの当社仲介手数料は全額返金いたします。
旅行開始日の2日前から6日前まで: 当社仲介手数料の返金はいたしません（手数料相当額をキャンセル料として申し受けます）。
旅行開始前日以降（前日および当日以降）: いかなる理由でも返金不可となります。既にお支払いいただいた仲介手数料は全額キャンセル料として当社が頂戴し、返金いたしかねます。※無連絡キャンセル（No-Show）の場合も同様です。

返品について

  • 役務の性質上、提供後の返品はできません。

Pricing

  • SLTCS arrangement/support fee (our fee only): JPY 14,000–50,000 per booking (tax-inclusive).
  • Driver fare: Paid locally in LKR, all-inclusive with no surcharges. No payment of the driver fare is taken on this site.

Fees Other Than Price

  • No extra fees apply to our arrangement fee.
  • The driver fare is fixed and all-inclusive (no surcharges).

Payment Method

  • No payment is taken on this site (aaa-fund.com).
  • Bookings and payments are completed on the official site. You pay SLTCS’s arrangement fee only by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express etc).
  • The driver fare is paid in full locally to the Driver in LKR on the day.

Payment Timing

  • At booking confirmation on the official site (arrangement fee only).

Service Provision Timing

  • The service is provided on the scheduled date by the Driver.

Cancellations & Refunds (SLTCS Fee)

Up to and including 7 days before the trip start date: No cancellation fee. Any agency service fee you have already paid to us will be fully refunded.
From 2 to 6 days before the trip start date (inclusive): Our agency service fee is non-refundable (an amount equal to the fee will be charged/treated as a cancellation fee).
From the day before the trip start date onward (including the day before and the day of the trip): No refunds will be issued for any reason. Any agency service fee already paid will be retained by us in full as a cancellation fee and cannot be refunded. The same applies in the case of a no-show.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of the service, returns are not accepted after provision.
